I am an Occupational Therapist by trade, with a background in Early Intervention, Outpatient Pediatrics and Neuro. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified through IIN. Through my diverse experiences as a practitioner and as a mom myself, I have developed a passion for connecting with mamas and their babies in such a special time of life!

Hi, I’m Moriah! I live just north of the Spokane, WA area with my husband, Zach, and our son, Ripley. We are both from the PNW originally and love everything about it. We enjoy spending our time hiking, paddle boarding, camping, traveling, and getting together with family and friends!

When I became a mom I longed for support as I faced different challenges that no one told me about. I want to be there to walk alongside you as you navigate motherhood and help you find HEALTH, connect you to COMMUNITY, and instill JOY in your every day. Living your best life as a mama is possible.
